From an early age, Antonio developed a passion for food, wine, and the art of bringing people together. That passion eventually led him to pursue a professional career in the culinary arts and, later, to embark on a journey that would take him across the Atlantic to the United States.
For approximately forty years, Antonio built his career in the American restaurant and hospitality industry. As a chef, restaurateur, entrepreneur, and hospitality consultant, he dedicated his professional life to creating memorable dining experiences, building relationships, and making people feel genuinely welcome.
Throughout those years, one thing never changed. His love for Italy.
The beauty of its landscapes, the richness of its history, the extraordinary diversity of its cuisine, and the warmth of its people remained an essential part of who he was. And no matter how far life took him, Italy was always home.

After nearly four decades in the United States, Antonio made the deeply personal decision to return to Italy to be close to his mother and spend more time with his family.
What began as a return to his roots gradually became the beginning of a new chapter.
Living once again in Bacoli, surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea, ancient Roman history, centuries-old traditions, and the familiar rhythms of Italian life, Antonio rediscovered something he had always known.
Italy is not simply a beautiful country to visit. It is an extraordinary way of life to experience.
Every morning espresso, every conversation with a local shopkeeper, every family gathering, every traditional meal, and every walk along the coastline became a reminder of what makes Italian culture so special.
Antonio began thinking about the many American friends, former customers, and professional acquaintances he had met throughout his life. Many had visited Italy. Others dreamed of visiting someday.
